How to Stop Employees Turnover


It's a fact that every human being is working for money because he/she wants to fulfill his or her desire or may be he is going to feed his/her family. Actually, no one wants to do a job, but if your passion turns into your earning that's what we call the best job.

So it's for sure that jobs nowadays are kinda boring, if you are a business owner and you want to keep your employees motivated than here are some suggestion that will turn your each and every employee into a manager/Leader.


  • If you treat them like ordinary they will do the just ordinary task but if you treat them extra ordinary they gonna perform the impossible task for you. 
  • Create a rating system in which employees will be able to see their performance because if you want them to give more income you need to create a competitive environment. 
  • Reward the best employees because it's the only way to motivate your employees.
  • The main reason for turnover is those fatty ass managers who are very aggressive and they just assign the task without knowing the capabilities of the employee. So hire a manager who has Leadership qualities as well. 
  • Create a portal where employees can rate their managers if the managers get more complaints instead of praises just kick his/her ass out of the company. Of course employees name should be hidden from manager otherwise people will be afraid of complaining lol and they will start fake praise. 
  • Money is king, reward as much as possible and set some goals if the employees achieve that don't be afraid of rewarding them. 
  • Managers are going to lead employees, so employees should have the right to choose their managers. For that, when you are going to hire new manager just ask employees for their reviews. 
  • Actually, owners don't know much about their business as compared to the employees who work there. So weekly conduct a meeting to address issues of your employees. 
  • Be good to your employees and your doors should be always open for your employees so they can share anything without hesitating. 
  • Equality is the key factor, treat all of your employees equally no matter he is the company driver or manager because for you, they all are employees and it's the human right to be treated equally. 
So, these are some reason I personally think that causes employees to leave so try to keep these things in your mind and Love your employees. Because without them you are nothing.
Btw, and yeah I am here because i also want to earn money but that is my passion so this job is not just a job it's a great job for me :)
